I spent some time getting the dcgan.jl to work with Julia 1.1
I don't know if you were working on 0.7 when you wrote the original code, but it wasn't working for me. Most of the changes are just adding in the broadcast operator.
I've run it and I'm able to get a good image of fake generated digits.
