Track untestable features somehow

One of the active Open Web Docs projects is to increase coverage of the collector to 90% of the features of categories we track. However, there are a number of features that we cannot automatically test, from hardware configuration to behavior during user interaction. It would be helpful to curate a list of the features that we cannot automatically test somehow and exclude them from the missing features list/count.
