Fix: Add workaround for snyk image scan failure

What this PR does / why we need it:
The snyk image scan is failing due to an invalid value in the sarif output.

This PR adds a workaround that is suggested here. We can remove this workaround once the fix snyk/cli#5409 is released.

Release note:

Re-running failed tests

• /rerun-all - rerun all failed workflows.
• /rerun-workflow <workflow name> - rerun a specific failed workflow. Only one workflow name can be specified. Multiple /rerun-workflow commands are allowed per comment.
