add spin 3 interfaces and bump version number

This PR does a few things:

• Adds the Spin 3 postgres interface along with bindings
• Adds wasi-kv and wasi-runtime-config to the wit definition so that user can import it directly. For importing the get method in the config interface, one can do - import { get } from "wasi:config/[email protected].
• This PR also bumps ComponentizeJS to allow for multi package single file wit definitions.
• Also bumps knitwit to the latest release.
• Bumps to an RC version.

What this PR does not do:

• update the templates so as to disturb users until a stable release is done.

Yep @radu-matei , the knitwit release is broken and I have opened a PR to fix that.

Okay the tests have been fixed, The templates needed fixing as they were pointing at a git reference that did not have the build artifacts. I will retag the templates for 2.7 once this PR is merged. cc: @radu-matei
