• Reorganize the glyph groups so that 160 code points are available for each instrument and move starting glyph to U+E000.
• Add glyphs for C# trill key, open holes, ring pressed in the flute fingering
• Correct position for bassoon fingering
• Add in the recorder fingering a hole on top for the right hand and the bell symbol at the bottom used in high notes
