In addition to API migration, this patch implements a custom exception handler for MakoTemplateError. I find this approach much cleaner than trying to munge the traceback info into DebugTraceback. The patch reuses some HTML fragments and the same CSS. Hopefully, this would be much stable than the Python API. At least, I find the code is simpler to understand.
