DEBUG-2334 Split debugger snapshot tests

Motivation

Ruby DI currently only implements log probes. However, debugger snapshot tests combine log, span and span decoration probes in each test. Because of this, Ruby DI cannot pass any debugger snapshot tests as they are written.

Changes

Split debugger snapshot tests into one test per probe type (log, span, span decoration).

Workflow

   • Test logic is modified? -> Get a review from RFC owner. We're working on refining the codeowners file quickly.
