v5 development announce

I'd like to carefully announce that v5 develompent will be started somewhere in a month.🤞

Due to some issues with mimicking native scrollabars, most likely, new version will be overlay-styled.
Maybe, new version will be using ResizeObserver as it is way simpler solution to track sizes, but it spreaded widely only last year and thus have much less reverse-compatibility. Havent decided yet to stay on RAF loop or use ResizeObserver, this point needs investigation🔬
