Extension detected even without uBlock enabled #53

I've just tested this, and the problem consistently shows up for me. Here are the combinations I've tried:

uBlock Origin enabled + this extension enabled = BLOCKED
uBlock Origin enabled + this extension disabled = Works
uBlock Origin disabled + this extension enabled = BLOCKED
uBlock Origin disabled + this extension disabled = Works
