[pointer events] coordinate with (or merge with?) devices and sensors #317

The Devices and Sensors WG has some good experience mitigating the sorts of fingerprinting risks described in Section 13 of the pointer events spec.

This WG should be encouraged to work with them - and perhaps even merge with them outright.

This Group has been separate due to IP entanglements in the past. Also, not all browser vendors have time to participate in DAS, while they do support Pointer Events. This works shares a lot in common with UIEvent/MouseEvent, less with DAS.

However, you make a good point about mitigation risks. I added DAS in the dependencies list and was explicitly about mitigation risks.
