Repositories not available, possibility to get an executable HDDiff jar file

Thank you for the great work and the paper written on HDDiff. I would be interested in testing the algorithm on XML files. For this, I was trying to build HDDiff but many of the repositories used here are no longer available. Would it be possible to get an executable jar file in order to simply be able to: java -jar hddiff.jar
