What should the last segment end time be for HTML transcripts #8

When parsing HTML transcripts, the endTime for each segment is determined by looking at the startTime of the next segment. Since the last segment doesn't have a "next", the endTime is left with a value of 0.

What should be done?

  • Leave at 0?
  • Add some value to the startTime?
  • Something else?
