In the admin dashboard, when in "Data Layers" > "Maps", if the "Basemap Options" at the bottom of the panel are beyond a certain length and the zoom level of my laptop browser window is at 100% some of the options are hidden and the panel is not scrollable.

These show my window at 100% and 80%:
