Description

The performance of part of the application has been neglected for some time and issues have built up. We should address them. They largely fall into two categories:

N+1 Issues

The following controllers have N+1 query issues that impact performance:

• fix SupervisorsController#index N+1 issues #5890
• fix SupervisorsController#datatable N+1 issues #5891
• fix CasaCasesController#show N+1 issues #5892
• fix CaseContacts::FormController#show N+1 issues #5893
• fix VolunteersController#edit N+1 issues #5894
