There isn't a huge amount of customizing one can do on payment options. It would be cool to see the following features added to extend the usefulness of payment options:

  1. Allow options to be hidden: this would allow staff to offer a payment option then remove it down the road without affecting balances of users who have already signed up
  2. Expiring options: see no. 1
  3. Limit option availability to certain groups
