Hash check/search method checking file name first?

Does the "check method = hash" check the filename first, then do a hash? Or is it hash checking every file?

I'm looking for duplicates on multiple drives/folders, therefore the file names are identical too.
I don't want to hash check every file.

Checking by filename first would also eliminate czkawka flagging torrents vs. radarr/sonarr hardlinks.
