Czkawka GUI for Mac , any idea how to load an image?Does it acept a reference image to look for?

Hi, I'm trying to use Czkawka as a mean to find highres images from lowres ones on a NAS backup, I've managed to make it run on Mac (Studio M2 Ultra on 15.1.1) and seems to work ok in finding files ,and even asked me for permissions to scan certain folders but for some reason I cant understand it wont acept drag and drop of images and cant locate any option to load an image.
Or maybe it doesn't accept a reference image and just looks for existing similar?

Can someone plz help me? Tks in advance.
