Support specifying nodes in the argument using regular expressions for hostnames and ip address ranges in hosts/-exclude-hosts arg in presto-admin.
This wont be for presto-admin server install command but for later tasks once we have the topology created. Eg: presto-admin configuration deploy -H ip1* , which will configure ip1, ip11, ip123
