Unable to use context menu when zoomed out to hide labels

When zoomed out and the labels for the nodes are hidden, I can hover over a node and see the label and the context menu kebab. If I try to use the kebab, I cannot because it disappears when I try to get to it.

You can see it live at: https://pf-v5.surge.sh/ by choosing Node options and turning on Context menus then zoom out until the labels disappear, hover on a node and try to use the kebab menu.
