I think there is a case for the Wizard to interject in the browser history. The default behaviour when using back and forward browser buttons while in the wizard is for the background page to move (in the dark).
Although the application developer can implement this on their own, it could also be encapsulated inside Patternfly . Thoughts on this? On that logic, Tabs could also be another component to interact with the browser history.
