A command which will run the scripts with hot reload and live reload. When the code is modified, the scripts will be reloaded.

node index.js -hr
node index.js -lr

Baeically having nodemon being built into NodeJS.

Are you looking for --watch?

Starts Node.js in watch mode. When in watch mode, changes in the watched files cause the Node.js process to restart. By default, watch mode will watch the entry point and any required or imported module. Use --watch-path to specify what paths to watch.

--watch flag will only reload when an imported module is updated. Not if the current script that is being executed has been updated or weather if other files in the directory has been updated unlike nodemon.
