Goal(s):

Implement Matrix AppServices for Osmosis, Evmos, and Nomic blockchains

Requirements:

  1. Implement commands based off Msg for chain transaction
  2. Use UCAN for AnteHandler on-chain to determine capability to route to IBC Channel
  3. Leverage "Add to Group" UX Interaction to "Install a Chain"
