Description

While we're working on streamlining the instrumentation experience for containerized Node web applications in Azure, it's possible to do with somewhat involved manual configuration. We should document this, based on the outcome of #2590

Acceptance Criteria

There should be a reasonably small number of steps for this--as short of a process as we can make it.
Currently Python's documented the steps for Python containers.
