Description

Implement generator options for all the templates provided by the create-cloudflare scaffolder

Motivation

We want to achieve feature parity with the Cloudflare generator to fully serve dev wanting to start with Nx directly.

Suggested Implementation

Generate a project for each option and create the necessary template files in the plugin.
