Some users are not seeing the View Certificate link on their dashboard. Unlike other links/buttons, the View Certificate button doesn't change on rollover.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open your dashboard
  • Note that the dashboard button doesn't change at all on rollover
  • Note that other buttons change on rollover

Expected Behavior

  • Underline the View Certificate text in the button on rollover
