Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: 1.95.3 (Universal)
  • OS Version: Sequoia 15.1

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click Profile icon to be shown in the activity bar
  2. Search for 'extension'
  3. 2 extension icons will be displayed
