Azure AI Agents relies upon an AI Project; in addition, an AI Project provides an alternative mechansim to connect to an AI model (i.e. connection string).

In the interest of moving forward with exploration and supporting of these features, it may make sense to create a resource on our team subscription.

This resource may be used for integration tests as well as ad-hoc development.

Adding configuration to our integration tests may be addressed in a separate follow-up task.
