To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open roosterjs demo site
Insert a numbered list
Insert a normal paragraph, then apply some styles on it, like bold or italic
Use format painter to copy the format of the paragraph
Select all text of any item in the list to apply the copied format
The item's style doesn't change.

Expected behavior
The copied style should be applied to the item.
