Respect Experimental feature "ReuseAllAncestorListElements" in Content Model #1766

Experimental feature ReuseAllAncestorListElements allows reusing upper level list item regarding its list type and styles.

We have this experimental feature in original roosterjs, now we also need to respect this feature setting in Content Model.
