Steps to reproduce

Control Shift ` to activate Fancy Zones; Shift-Drag window to zone

✔️ Expected Behavior

trying to get two trading applications (running under Win11 64) to sit side by side

❌ Actual Behavior

Fidelity Active Trader Pro complies with command, as expected;
ThinkorSwim does not (highlight does not appear on Shift-Drag) nor does it 'stick' to zone

Other Software

ThinkorSwim [build1983] Nov23, 2024 (i believe it might utilize some elements of the Chrome browser)
