Steps to reproduce

After reinstalling Windows I copied the backup file back to Documents\PowerToys\Backup but it does not see it. Says there is nothing to restore.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Restore all my hard work :(

❌ Actual Behavior

Says nothing to restore.

Loading

I forced it to restore by placing backup file in another folder and changing PowerToys backup folder to it. Then it found it.
