Describe the issue

This is a Bug report
On every folder in code in the owner file the Link #See the OWNERS docs at https://go.k8s.io/owners is not working.

Proposed solution
Remove or replace the link with the correct link.

There are no sig labels on this issue. Please add an appropriate label by using one of the following commands:

  • /sig <group-name>
  • /wg <group-name>
  • /committee <group-name>
