Draft of possible tasks:

  • Clear blockers
    • Unblock gomod-dependencies robot (currently stuck)
    • Fix lint error (affecting all PRs against master branch)
  • Cut release-0.31 branch
    • Update test-infra configs
  • Create tag 0.31.0
  • Promote images
