Following Speech-Rule-Engine/speech-rule-engine#251 and related to mathjax/MathJax-a11y#230.

If there's a link inside the rendering, will exploration work as expected, i.e., we get the AT indicators and we can activate the link.

Similarly for images/mglyph content.

Nevermind. mglyphs don't work yet in SRE. Speech-Rule-Engine/speech-rule-engine#80
