https://github.com/intel/cm-compiler/releases/download/Master/Linux_C_for_Metal_Development_Package_20200119.zip

After unzipping the above file, go into the folder "drivers" and run ./install.sh
It fails because it is looking for IGC*.deb. However, the deb file is named intel-igc.deb
