Overview

We would like to make a documentation that helps demonstrate how to create a "break-glass" account for the HackForLA's AWS platform. This documentation should convey how to add an emergency account that could be used in exceptional circumstances.

This documentation should reside in the Ops Wiki.
The Wiki is located at this URL https://github.com/hackforla/ops/wiki

Action Items

  • Clarify who should be able to have access for this account
  • Document the best security practices
  • Draft a wiki entry for 'break-glass account creation and usage"
