Overview

We need to add content to the 311 workshop slides to inform attendees what 311 Data is, before going into the tool. In that spirit, we are adding some contextual definitions.

Action Items

  • 311Data: Quick Intro 1: Summarization of what 311 is "non-emergency" hotline, etc.

Slides content done but still need to change the slide format to the hfla template-- will do tomorrow

Slides done-- header banners include HfLA logo, maybe change to Access the Data logo once logo's finalized?

Added example for how a 311 request is processed based on suggestion from last week
