Give users a "referral code"

• Each verified user gets a referral code (probably their slack ID)
• If another user signs up for high seas using that ref code (ie. https://highseas.hackclub.com/?ref=REF_CODE) and gets verified and logs an hour, we'll pay 4 doubloons out to the original referring user!
  • Our invite system already records urlParams, so we just need to read them
• We'll need to list this feature on the signpost
