Links to activities.sugarlabs.org cause console message

We've recently begun ensuring activity pages in Help Activity contain a link to activities.sugarlabs.org, but following these links stays in the activity, and doesn't send the user agent value containing the version of Sugar, so the activity versions offered are incorrect.

Also, the activity log contains;

** Message: console message: 
    http://activities.sugarlabs.org/js/amo2009/addons.js @250: 
    ReferenceError: Can't find variable: SITE_SUGAR_STABLE

Also, the Download Now link does nothing when it is clicked.

I make no specific recommendation for fixing this.
