Issue Description:

The font color of the 'Open Pull Request' button is set to #4493F8 instead of #FFFFFF. This button appears after clicking the 'Sync Fork' button in a repository that is behind the main branch by some commits.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to a repository that is some commits behind the main branch.
  2. Click the 'Sync Fork' button.
  3. Observe the 'Open Pull Request' button.
