Be able to automatically turn on server at certain time periods in a day

(I hope no one has asked this already, I looked through the issues and couldn't really find one that related to my issue so sorry if there was haha)

Could we make the server automatically turn itself on at certain times of the day?

For example, my backup plugin only runs if the server is on, and if no one is on at around 4 in the morning the backup wont be created. So, if the server was automatically on from 3:45 am to 4:15 am then the backup plugin would run.
