Hi
As the title says, seems I am one of the stupid poor people who don't have a current Mac for dev.
I'm using Windows11 and have successfully installed Foundry via WSL / Ubuntu.
Background:
Now that tools like Brownie are deprecated or on their way out / no longer maintain, I'm following a course to get up to speed and refresh.
Problem:
Part of the course is choosing the Anvil RPC in Metamask to process transactions.
Anvil is running, this part is OK.
This doesn't seem to work, and I assume it's because Anvil is WSL while Metamask in the browser is in regular windows.
What now?
What does a person on Windows do here? Google isn't helping me (I did look).
The lack of windows support is, frankly, astonishing. Everyone wants mass adoption, but leaving out windows is a huge chunk of "normies" that you'd like to onboard. We can't all have a dedicated linux box or new Mac!
Thanks
E
