way to create ISO for meilix more simply

I was thinking about generating meilix ISO more simply using build.sh script.

I was reading the content of https://www.maketecheasier.com/how-to-create-iso-files-in-linux/ link.
I don't know yet what to do but want to discuss for it.

I've managed to write a few scripts that work, quite well. But it uses iso file instead of debootstrap. Since I was developing locally I went that way. I've also managed to make it light by removing a lot of packages and installing minimum ones (I was using Gnome though). Thought I could propose a rewrite for meilix.
