Add support for Twitter-Api for logged in users

After accounts have been implemented (#666), implement an option to use either api.loklak.org or the Twitter Api for logged in users.

As the accounts have been implemented using firebase. I would like to work on adding support for twitter-api for logged in users.

@simsausaurabh what exactly are we trying to achieve here. And if it's still relevant, I will like to work on it :)

We want to provide feature to the user to get results from Twitter API as well. But we are currently having other top priority issues left on frontend and backend as well. So its been kept on hold.
