cat client连接cat server 报错 #2330

问题1：单独crul该请求地址能正常有返回，env=unknown是什么原因，error when connect cat server config url http://cat服务端IP:端口/cat/s/router?domain=项目名&ip=业务客户端IP&op=xml&env=unknown&hostname=业务客户端IP
问题2：业务端能正常接入cat server，为什么还会有这种报错
备注：cat3.1.0 服务端配置了datasources.xml server.xml
