On bindle push, I'm seeing behavior where an authn error is returned when attempting to send in un/pw via env vars, but all is good when I use the global flags:
$ BINDLE_URL="http://127.0.0.1:8080/v1" BINDLE_HTTP_USER=admin BINDLE_HTTP_PASSWORD=${PASSWORD} bindle push mybindle/0.1.0
User has invalid credentials or is not authorized to access the requested resource
$ BINDLE_URL="http://127.0.0.1:8080/v1" bindle --http-user admin --http-password ${PASSWORD} push mybindle/0.1.0
Pushed bindle mybindle/0.1.0
