I encountered the following error when publishing pub.dev using the account [email protected]:

How should this be solved?

@wshixilei: What kind of packages are you creating / do you want to create within this short time period?

The limit is on a rolling window, you may continue creating new packages after the first leaves the 24-hours period.

@wshixilei the limit is there to mitigate abuse, preventing someone from creating a lot of useless packages for no reason.

If you have a lot of packages you'd like to publish at once, you can split it over multiple days, reach out at [email protected] for one-off assistance, or engage here to propose better rate-limits.

For the record, I think this is the first rate-limit issue we've had, I suspect that few people hit the rate-limits.
