Page load is stuck

My test navigates to a website, enters the login details, clicks on 'Log in' button and then even though the login happens fine the test fails as the page load step fails.

The code looks like this:

cy.visit('https://abc.website.com');
  cy.get(usernameSelector).type('[email protected]');
  cy.get(passwordSelector).type(password);
  cy.get('.Button').contains('Log In').click();

However the Cypress test runner fails and this is the log below:

So not sure if the redirect is causing the load event from completing or if it's something else but I am unable to resolve this with any solutions. Can I get some help please? Thanks
