Estoy viendo este evento: http://www.python.org.ar/eventos/88/
Tiene toda la pinta de spam/trolling/basura.
Se me ocurre que podríamos tener un link de "Report" para reportar contenido "inapropiado" (bajo alguna definición que ya veremos).
Luego, esto le llama la atención a los admin de la DB del sitio, para que puedan bajar/borrar este contenido.
