pretrained models for v2

Hello! thank you for sharing your work. Are you planning to provide the pretrained models for v2? I am specifically looking for Lung tumor segmentation task

Hi @luantunez,
we are currently not planning to provide pretrained models for nnUNetv2 in the near future.

So you would need to train the models yourself, or use one of the old pretrained models from nnUNetv1.
